and as a way of making it easier for Senior Citizens to afford
the health related items that they need, we have created the
Online Vitamin Outlet Seniors Program.
Senior Citizens, age 60 and over are entitled
to enroll in our seniors program. Simply conplete the form
below and click submit. You will be e-mailed a special account
number which entitles you to receive a whopping 20% discount
on any orders.
To receive your discount, select your product(s)
and click "Checkout". On the Checkout Form, you will be
prompted to enter your "Seniors ID Number" which is the
number you will be e-mailed. That will automatically deduct
your 20% discount.
If you do not have an e-mail address to
receive your account number, you may call Customer Service
at (800) 345-5520 to request one over the telephone.
